
Art of Music Productions Limited (AMP), formerly TurnKey Productions and organisers of the 2012 staging of Jamaica Jazz and Blues ” Art of Music” Festival announced Celine Dion as Headliner of the event at a Press Briefing at Iberostar on Wednesday November 9.
The event takes place at Greenfield Stadium, Trelawny on January 26-28, 2012. The organisers announced a preliminary but impressive line up to include: Celine Dion, The Temptations, Kelly Rowland, Jully Black, Nicole Henry and Destra.
The Festival will also include a tribute as part of the 50th independence celebration to include: Shaggy, Yellow Man, Half Pint, Toots Hibbert and John Holt.

What: The 2012 staging of The Jamaica Jazz and Blues “Art of Music” Festival will be a three-day celebration that will engulf patrons in the awesome sights and sounds of the Art of Music Productions. The signature performance nights will take place from January 26 – 28 at The Greenfield Stadium, Trelawny, which is 12-15 minutes away from Rose Hall. The Festival stage will this year welcome for the first time Celine Dion, The Temptations, Kelly Rowland, Destra, Jully Black, Nicole Henry, and more.
The Art of Music JAMICA Jazz and Blues Festival 2012 celebrates Jamaica’s Golden Jubilee and in recognition of this 50th Anniversary milestone, the Festival will be dedicating the entire Thursday night line up to the history of Jamaica’s music with performances from across the various musical eras: ska, rocksteady, dub, reggae. It promises to be a night to remember, including a line-up to showcase the diversity of Jamaican Music which includes Toots Hibbert, John Holt, Shaggy, Yellow Man, Half Pint and many others.
